I usually visit another location of this restaurant in San Lorenzo. When I go to Dublin for some reasons, I definitely visit Dublin location and this branch did not disappoint. The food quality was just as good as I expected—fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The menu offers all of my favorite Hong Kong café classics, and everything we ordered was delicious. This location feels clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Even during busy hours, the service was efficient and the food arrived quickly. It's great to see that this restaurant maintains the same high standards across different locations. If you're looking for authentic Hong Kong-style comfort food, this branch is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back again soon!

I ordered pork chop sandwich with fries , the bread was rock hard , there’s literally no pork chop but only battered … worst sandwich in my life .. fries was good thou. Cafe was clean and spacious . Maybe I just ordered the wrong food

I want to start by saying that the food here is actually good. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed our experience. The staff was unaccommodating and not communicative. We came with a baby and politely asked if we could sit at a corner table where it was quieter and less crowded. Our request was denied without much consideration, and we were seated at a table that eventually became surrounded by other guests. Later, we asked if it would be possible to switch tables to a more comfortable spot for our situation, but again, the staff refused and did not offer any alternative or attempt to help. Good food alone is not enough to make up for poor service. Hospitality and basic consideration for guests—especially families with a baby—should be a priority. For this reason, I’m giving this restaurant one

Food is good but atmosphere and services as expected is a bit rough on the edge. Busy place needed to come early to avoid waiting line.

I had a great experience at this restaurant the first time I visited. The atmosphere was lovely, and the decor was cute. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. The food was of good quality, and the menu was extensive. We ordered shrimp chow fun, baked pork chop rice, milk tea, and chicken wings, and everything was delicious. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the tri-valley area, and the prices are fair. We went for lunch on a Saturday at around 12:30 pm and had to wait for about 20-25 minutes.
